The November Favourites

It’s that time of the month again guys, MONTHLY FAVOURITES! This month has been very exciting for me, I did do a bit of damage to my bank card, but I won’t be showing all the products that I got as only some have reached my favourites.

I’m just going to get straight into my favourites, as I have so much ‘blogging work’ to catch up on, the joys of having a hectic lifestyle.

Starting with this amazing product, the Clinique Even Better Dark Spot Corrector. I received a small sample bottle, which lasted weeks even though I used it everyday and then I seen a huge difference in my skin and realised it was since I started using this. It is so lightweight, a very liquidly like consistency and it absorbs into the skin within seconds. It fades dark areas on the skin, evens skintone, smoothens the surface of your skin, also brings a glow to your skin. I use this everyday, I apply this and then pat my moistiriser on, and yes this does work, a bit pricey £58 for the 50 ml and £42 for the 30 ml, but i did use the sample before I bought the big size and it does work. I would never imagine myself wasting money on products that I know won’t work.
The next two favourites are products I use near enough everyday for my concealer, I actually don’t have any dark circles around my eyes but I do like my under eye being bright, I dont use the Prep & Prime highlighter everyday just because I’m not a huge fan of layering products but the Mac pro long wear concealer is the best thing ever. I’m in the shade NC35, now this is my actual skin colour I know a few people go for these a few shades lighter than there skintone, I honestly don’t understand why. It makes the skin look grey and fake, hence why I use the prep & prime on top as it’s job is to highlight.
This next product I’ve mentioned in my favourites before, the Nars Powder Foundation, I’ve talked about how amazing it is much better than the Mac Fix Powder, the Nars one warms into the skin much better, it is very velvetty, has more coverage overall is more natural and not cakey like the Mac. I just wanted to say the new package is what I love, I hated carrying around the old one, it was too bulky, not my thing but this one with the magnetic touch, I love!.
I personally really love peachy warmer blushes but when I swatched this I totally fell in love. It is the Hourglass Ambient Blusher in Mood Exposure, it is a deep, soft plum colour, perfect for the winter. It has no shimmer at all, no glitter however it gives a stunning glow to your cheeks, it looks very natural, it’s absolutely stunning.
Nars Audacious Lipsticks have got to be the best consistency by far, I love my creamy moisturising lipsticks but I love my matte ones too and both of these finishes in one is in this lipstick collection. I got the colour Anita, I initially wanted Vanessa but they didn’t have that in stock anywhere. The lasting power of these is amazing, when I’m out I hardly ever touch up my lipstick.
Also I forgot to take a picture of the Maybelline lip pencil, it is in the shade deep plum. lately I’ve been outlining my lips with a darker lip liner and wearing a nude lipstick and it just looks really nice!
