Hi, I hope you are all well? Sorry for the late start on todays blog, I have had the most busiest day since 7am this morning and finally I am in my bed 11:37pm typing up my post for day 4 of my skincare challenge.
We all know that we should be drinking plenty of water, it relieves headaches, improves your mood and endorses healthy skin. You don’t have to go out buy expensive products or try all these home remedies to take care of your skin when drinking the right amount of water can benefit your skin more naturally and better for you in the long run.
Water improves the tissue in your skin, it brings back the elasticity and keeps the skin looking more youthful and refreshed. It will bring more moisture back in to your skin to keep it glowing and also will prevent wrinkles, soft lines, acne and loads of other symptoms to your skin.
It is not that hard to make sure your drink the right amount of water, women should have at least 2.2 litres, just break it down through out the day. In fact just get up just now and drink a big glass of water, trust me in the long run you will appreciate it.
