Day 11 – 30 Day Skincare Challenge

Apparently if you take 5-10 minutes out of your day to give yourself a face massage, not only do you stimulate the blood flow which is quite good to plump up your face but over time you will be giving yourself a mini facelift.

Sometimes when I apply my daily moisturiser I will take my time applying it and massage mainly the contours of my face just to enhance those areas. However I think it’s time I start doing it regularly to see if there will be a change. I remember back in the day a lot of women would run their fingers down the bridge of their babys nose and pinch the sides to make there noses smaller. Apparently a babys bones are more soft so the more they massaged it the more the shape would change of the nose. Sometimes I wonder why my mum didn’t do that for me.
