Take the day off!
Don’t wear any make up and just relax and let your skin breath. It is important to do this a few times a week.
I remember there was a time in my life where I could not go out without any make up. Even if my friends saw me without make up, it honestly made me feel so uncomfortable. Then over time I realised it’s not only me, even my friends felt the same. Then when I would see my friends without make up, to me they looked fine and they would end up saying the same thing to me.
I think I paid too much attention to my flaws, which made them stand out to me more and made me feel embarrassed about anyone seeing me.
Now I don’t care, I wake up looking like a right mess and I go to the gym and I even feel comfortable going to work without make up.
Don’t stress about what you think others may think about you because honestly to them you probably look fine and here you are like me worrying about getting that full coverage on point before going out.
