I thought I’de share with you some of my weekly shopping, now this isn’t everything I eat in a week, these are just some items I need to prep my meals.
I got some Whole Wheat Pasta which I’m just going to include with some chicken for my dinner in the evenings.
Chia Seeds are great to have with smoothies, porridge or even with a salad bowl. They are high in fibre, protein and various other micronutrients. Chia Seeds are full of energy so it is amazing to include these in your breakfast of in your meal after a workout so your body isn’t tired.
I got some Rolled Oats because I’m going to be making some energy balls with some dates etc to have when I am snacking. Also these would be amazing to blend into smoothies. Oats are rich in antioxidants and have loads and loads of other benefits so it’s great to start your day off with some oats.
I love some Flaxseeds! Again they are highly nutritional, they are full of antioxidants and are great for your digestive health. You can again include this into salads, porridge, smoothies and loads of other movies.
I got some fruit for my smoothies and the pomegranate is for my chicken salad.
I got a bag of Spinach, Watercress & Rocket or my salad. It’s crucial to have your greens at least once a day even if it is going to be in s juice/smoothie, because if you have a lot of protein then you need some greens to break down the amino acids in the protein.
