Mango & Banana Breakfast Smoothie

I never have time in the morning to sit down and have a proper breakfast, I’m always on the go and I hate missing out on any meals. So here’s a quick recipe on a yummy breakfast smoothie I take to go.

I buy my fruit fresh every week and then wash it all up and slice it and then pop it in the freezer. This way when I’m making my smoothies in the morning I’m just popping everything into the blender and its good to go.


  • Handfull of mango cubes (frozen)
  • Handfull of blueberries (frozen)
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 300ml Almond Milk


  1. Pop everything in the blender and blend away. Here’s a little side note, make sure at least some of your fruit is frozen because the smoothie tastes so much better.
  2. Take it away with you to school, work or even a road trip and enjoy.
