If you follow me on Instagram or Snapchat you will notice that oats are literally my best friend. I have them in my smoothies, for breakfast and also create some yummy snacks that contain oats. Now you’re probably wondering whats with all the oats? Well if you include a bowl of oats a few times a week when you train your lower body you will start to notice your glutes improve.
I’ll break it down for you…
Oats are rich in magnesium, vitamin E & zinc, which boosts a natural hormone in our body (estrogen/oestrogen).
Estrogen or Oestrogen
Estrogen is probably the first hormone that pops into our head when you think about female curves. It is the main sex hormone in women and this hormone is most responsible for the development of secondary sexual characteristics, such as the breasts, bigger and wider hips, also increases the amount of body fat on your booty and hip region. It encourages fat storage around your bum, so the more you have, the fuller your bum will be.
Now you’re probably thinking I need to go get some estrogen!
Us women naturally produce estrogen in our ovaries every month during our period…yay!
However there are a lot of foods that stimulates the effect and release of this hormone, like oats ;).
Even better, oats are packed with amino acids, which boost muscle mass, this means a rounder and perkier booty.
Go grab yourself a bowl of oats and watch that booty grow!
